- Single session: 50% cancellation fee
- Package sessions: Session forfeited
- First-time clients: 25% fee only
Facial Treatments
- Deep Clean: 30% cancellation fee
- Glow & Hydrate: 30% cancellation fee
- Post-Laser Calm: No fee (understanding)
No-Show Policy
When you don't attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice:

- No call / No Show: forfeit booking fee + account penalities
